DO NOT USE as Meet and Greet. I booked this car park through Love Holiday and arrived with a lady with an arthritic knee and another with a hip and knee replacement, After parking in the car park I was told to keep my car keys and walk to the airport, I requested transport for the 2 ladies but the parking attend could not help. We walked with great difficulty, wheeling our suitcases across 2 roads, about 300 yards to the terminal entrance. It is about 150 yards as quoted in their literature to the airport boundary, not the terminal. On our return, we reluctantly walked to the car park, collected the car and saw no one. Not meet & greet. We have tried to recover the cost from Love Holidays with whom we also had a dispute with our hotel room. After a month of emails they are refusing to accept any claim

A shocking option for parking!!! Never again. When I arrived I was told to park my car and leave my keys which was no problem at all. However, on my return I noticed a crack in my windscreen. I immediately went back to to office where I was told to call on Monday when they had checked the CCTV. My husband called back and was told, although they could see this was not damaged when I entered the car park, they would take no responsibility for any damage they had caused. To say I am utterly disappointed is an understatement. My advice is do not park there, they could write off your car and apparently you are liable.

We booked meet & greet, which in my mind means greet at airport. We did not receive any email with instructions on where to go. The only email we received was confirmation of our booking.
When we arrived we waited in car park 1, which is where we did our previous meet & greet some time ago.
When we eventually found a phone number from the terminal help desk, and we telephoned you, we were then told where to park, which was next to car park 3 which is a long stay some way from airport terminal. It was pouring of rain, and we got soaked by walking back to terminal.
I am not happy about your service and will not be booking with you again.

Excellent service . Met by someone on departure and arrival . Best price . Have used on 3 occasions. Well run company . Short walk to and from airport .

Excellent service would prefer to collect the car outside of the terminal rather than the short walk which was not an issue as it was dry on a at day not sure I would have rated as high.
